摘要
目的以固体培养法为标准,探讨液体显色培养法培养支原体的敏感性、特异性和一致性。方法采用培养鉴定药敏一体化液体显色培养基和固体A7琼脂培养基平行检测155例泌尿生殖道标本的支原体。结果液体显色培养法培养的敏感性为96.5%,特异性为79.7%,一致性Kappa=0.7737,U=11.4767,P<0.001,两种方法具有好的一致性。男性标本与女性标本比较,敏感性差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.1298,P>0.05),特异性差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.4197,P<0.025)。结论液体显色培养法可用于支原体培养初筛,结合固体培养法可以提高支原体培养的准确性。
Objective To discuss the sensitivity specificity and coincidence of liquid culture for mycoplasma ICS, and using A7 mycoplasma agar method as gold standard. Methods Mycoplasma isolated from urogenital of 155 samples were tested by liquid culture for mycoplasma ICS and A7 mycoplasma agar in parallel. Results The sensitivity and specificity of liquid culture for ICS was 96.5% and 79.7%, respectively. The coincidence is helpful in statistics (Kappa=0.7737, U=11.4767, P〈0.001 ). There is strong positive correlation between the two methods. When sensitivity was concerned, statistics analysis showed no significant difference between male and female samples (Х^2 =0.1298, P〉 0.05 ).But when turned to specificity, the statistics analysis did show significant difference between genders (Х^2=5.4197, P〈0.025). Conclusion Liquid culture for mycoplasma ICS can be used as first test of mycoplasma culture. While with A7 mycoplasma agar as an aid, we can improve the accuracy in detecting mycoplasma, especially the female sample.
