车载式柴油锤打桩机主要由随车吊、导杆式柴油锤、液压传动机构和工作机构、打桩架和扶桩臂等组成。打桩时，地锚桩由液动扶桩臂夹持扶正，柴油锤利用柴油在其燃烧室内燃烧产生的能量进行打桩，整个击桩过程由柴油锤自动连续完成。打桩架为两节（主桩架和副桩架）铰接式，可分别满足行驶和打桩两方面的要求。这种打桩机集装卸、拉运、立桩和打桩等功能于一体，全部工序一人操作即可将预制的水泥地锚桩打入地下，工作效率极高。

The truck-mounted diesel hammer pile driver is a self-moving equipment that can drive the special cement piles into the ground. It mainly consists of a lifter, guide nd diesel hamer, hydraulic transmission mechanism, hydraulic operating device, driving mast, and adjustment arm. When in operation, the pile is clipped togather by the hydraulic adjustment arm, and the pile is driven by the hammer with the energy produced in the combustion chamber, and the whole operation of pile driving is finished automatically and continuously by the hammer. Being folded and hinged, the driving mast can satisfy the need of both pile driving and moving. The pile driver has the functions of loading and unloading,transportation, pile setting and driving, and the whole operation can be carried out by one operator.
