心力衰竭患者Tei指数与血浆脑利钠肽关系的研究

Correlation between Tei index and B-natriuretic peptide in patients with heart failure

目的探讨心力衰竭患者心肌机能(Tel)指数与血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)水平及二者的相关性。方法选取健康人为对照组30例,心力衰竭患者42例,超声测量Tei指数,并采用ELISA法测得血浆BNP浓度。结果心力衰竭组Tei指数为0.75±0.22,BNP为1 611.7±1 064.4,二者较对照组增高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.001),二者呈显著正相关(r=0.82,P<0.01)。结论心力衰竭患者Tei指数、BNP均显著增高,二者呈显著正相关,是诊断心衰的重要客观指标。

Objective To determine Tei index, the concentration of plasma B - type natriuretic peptide in heart failure patients and their correlation. Methods Thirty healthy individuals and forty- two heart failure patients were included. Echocardiography and nettrohormonal analysis were performed. Results Compared with the control group, Tei index, BNP were much higher in heart failure group（0.75 ± 0.22 vs 0.33 ±0.05, P〈0.001;1 611.7± 1 064.4 vs 30.5±21.7, P 〈 0.001）,and there was a significant correlation between Tei index and BNP （ r = 0.82, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Tei index, B - natriuretic peptide were significantly increased in heart failure patients, there was a significant positive correlation between them, they may be used as objective indexes in the diagnosis of heart failure.
