摘要 应用二维弹性问题边界元法的基本理论,对过盈配合结合面间的应力状态进行了分析,用分块子矩阵的形式推导出相应的系统方程。以牙轮钻头镶齿过盈配合结合面间的应力状态分析为实例,编制了相应的过盈配合通用计算程序。计算结果表明,应用边界元法得到的牙轮钻头镶齿和孔之间的应力和位移的数值解与弹性力学的解析解相当接近。 By using the basic theory of two-dimensional elastic boundary element method, the stress condition of the interference fit suraces is analyzed, and the relevant systematic equations are derived. By taking the analysis of the stress condition of the interference fit surfaces of the tungsten carbide tooth on a cone bit as an example, the computer program forcalculating the interference fit is developed. The result of calculation shows that the numerical solutions of the stress and displacement between the tungsten carbide tooth and the hole in the bit by using the boundary element method are very close to their analytical solutions based on the theory of the elastic mechanics.
