Machining of hot spraying coating on component parts of drilling equipment

热喷涂技术已应用于钻井机械零件表面的修复。分析了热喷涂涂层的结构性能特点。结合切削试验和实践，讨论了热喷涂涂层机械加工的一般原则。给出的钻井机械零件热喷涂涂层切削加工实例表明，对于不同性能的涂层，选择立方氮化硼、复合陶瓷和"清华方大"陶瓷等新型刀具材料，加上优选刀具几何尺寸和切削参数，取得了较好的机械加工效果。

The hot spraying technique has been used for the renovation of the surface of component parts on drilling equipment.The structure and property characteristic of t.he coating is analyzed. By combining with cutting test and practice, the criterion of machining of the hot spraying coating is discussed. An example of cutting of the hot spraying coating of drilling component parts shows that, as for coatings with different properties, by selecting new material for the cutters and optimization of the geometric dimensions and cutting panaeters, good machining effect can be achieved.
