摘要
新研制的Mn-Cu-Mo型合金白口铁是在白口铸铁中加入适量的猛、铜和我钼而得到的新型材料,旨在通过多元合金化,在铸态下获得足够量的马氏体和适量的碳化物与残余奥民体,以达到抗磨性与冲击韧性的最佳配合,从而既避免铸件的热处理开裂,又可减少能源消耗。研究和设计了新材料的金相组织及化学成分。试验结果表明,Mn-Cu-Mo型合金白口铁的抗磨蚀性能及韧性与硬镍-1号相当,而优于中锰白口铁,成本却大为降低,因而具有广阔的应用前景。
The new Mn-Cu-Mo alloy white iron is obtained by adding Mn, Cu and Mo to white iron. The purpose of development of this new matrial lies in obtaining sufficient martensite and right amount of carbide and remaining austenite to achieve the optimum matching of abrasion resistance and impact toughness by means of multielement alloying The microstructure and chemical composition of the new material are analyzed and designed. Test result shows that the abrasion resistance and toughness of the Mn-Cu-Mo alloy white iron are equivalent to that of the Ni-Hard-1 alloy white cast iron and better than that of the middle manganesies white iron, and its cost is lower, therefore it will be widely used in the future.
