摘要
角膜屈光手术种类繁多,而机械法-准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术(epipolis laser in situ keratomileusis,Epi-LASIK)作为新进发展的一种表面角膜屈光手术已引起愈来愈多的角膜屈光手术医师的关注。本文就Epi-LASIK术的基本原理、操作过程、有效性、并发症等方面的进展进行综述。
There are many kinds of corneal refractive surgeries. Epi-LASIK, as a new surface ablation procedure, has attracted the attention of more and more corneal refractive surgeons. This review will talk about Epi-LASIK from the aspect of basic mechanism, surgical procedure, efficiency, complications and so on.
