摘要 目的:探讨图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)与糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)的关系。方法:对正常对照者及糖尿病患者分别测P-VEP潜伏期LN75、LP100、LN145及波幅AN75、AP100、AN145。结果:糖尿病患者视网膜尚未出现病变时,P-VEP的潜伏期已明显延迟,随着糖尿病视网膜病变程度的进一步发展,P-VEP潜伏期进一步延迟,但未达显著性差异。DR及各期波幅下降不显著。P-VEP的潜伏期及波幅与视力无关,糖尿病病程早期潜伏期已明显延长,P-VEP波幅与病程无关。结论:糖尿病早期P-VEP潜伏期即有明显延长,P-VEP潜伏期比波幅具更好的临床使用价值。 AIM: To observe the changs of pattern visual evoked potential (P-VEP) in patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR), and to explore the relations between P-VEP and DR. METHODS: The P-VEP was examined in normal indivi- duals and patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). The latency of N75, P100, N145 and the amplitude of N75, P100, N145 were measured.RESULTS: Even in DM patients without DR, the P-VEP latency of N75, P100, N145 was significantly delayed (P〈0.05), but its amplitude was not significantly reduced in the DM group. Visions of DM patients were not related to the change of latency and amplitude of the P-VEP. In the early stage of DM, the P-VEP latency of N75, P100, N145 was significantly delayed (P〈0.05), and its amplitude was not related to the course of DM. CONCLUSION : In the early stage of diabeteds mellitus, the latency of P-VEP was significantly delayed The latency of P-VEP can possibly reflect the damage degree of DR more preferably than its amplitude.
