包头市某焦化厂职业病危害现状分析与评价

摘要 目的了解焦化厂职业病危害现状,并对其控制效果进行评价。方法对包头市某焦化厂进行劳动卫生学调查,并对其生产性有害因素一氧化碳、二氧化硫、二氧化氮、一氧化氮、焦炉逸散物、氨、硫化氢、苯、甲苯、二甲苯10种有毒物质浓度粉尘浓度及噪声强度进行测定。结果焦炉逸散物、苯系物、一氧化碳等有毒物质和生产性粉尘是该厂存在的主要职业病危害因素,生产性毒物监测点合格率为92%,粉尘点合格率为94%,噪声合格率为100%。结论该厂属严重职业病危害项目,在职业病防治工作上,措施得力,防尘、毒和防噪声设施齐全,总体评价结果符合国家卫生标准,但在部分有毒作业岗位仍有超标情况,尚需加强治理。 [ Objective] To learn the occupational hazards situation in a coke plant and evaluate the effect of the control work. [Methods] Hygienic investigation was carried out in a coke plant of Baotou, determination was made on the productive hazardous elements (CO, SO2, NO2, NO, coke stove spreads, NH3, H2S, Benzene, Toluene and Xylene) , dust and noise. [ Results] Coke stove spreads, Benzenes and CO were found to be the major occupational hazardous elements in this plant; the eligible rate of the productive toxicants in the surveillance sites was 92% ; the eligible rates of dust and noise were 94% and 100% respectively. [ Conclusion] This plant belongs to severe occupational hazard project; preventive work has been done with great effort, but it still requires improvement.
