摘要
采用屏蔽式暂堵技术时,如何确定钻井液中固相颗粒的粒径及其所占比例是一个关键因素。分析了内、外屏蔽的形成机理。认为储层中的孔隙喉道截面和外屏蔽(滤饼)中已沉积颗粒之间的孔隙喉道截面都可处理为曲边三角形,根据曲边三角形的内切圆半径可以确定下一级颗粒的半径。钻井液中固相颗粒粒径的最佳比例关系为1,0.16,0.07,0.037,0.023,0.016,……。此计算结果与实验结果相一致。给出了各级颗粒数量所占比例的计算方法。
Solid particle size and particle amount in drilling fluid are main factors affecting shielding temporary plugging result. The methods of calculating the said factors are introduced. It is indicated that the section of pore throat in shielding can be treated as curved line trangle. The size of next level particle can be determined by the inscribed circle radius of curved line trangle. The optimum ratio of particle size is also given.
