摘要
对磁化含有添加剂水泥浆的流变性及其它性能进行了室内试验和理论分析。磁化能明显改善含有添加剂水泥浆的流变性,降低API滤失量和析水率,缩短稠化时间。磁处理降低了含有添加剂水泥浆的粘度,同时增强了添加剂的作用效果。在5个地区用磁化含有添加剂的水泥浆固井35口,固井质量明显高于未磁化水泥浆。
The properties of magnetized cement slurry containing additives are investigated. It is shown that the rheological property of cement slurry and the function result of additives in cement slurry are improved , API filtration, thickening time and the viscosity are decreased after magnetization. Applications of 35 wells in five areas indicate that good cementing results were got by using the magnetized cement slurry.
