探讨了进口旧履带式起重机在开箱检验、安装调试运行试验、质量保证期检验等各个环节中,重点对安全、卫生、环保及防止欺诈行为4个方面的检验监管,以维护社会公共利益和贸易各方的合法权益。
This paper covers inspection and supervision of imported used crawler cranes in safety, sanitation, environment protection and anti - cheated, focusing on open - package inspection and the related inspections during installation and commissioning, and during warranty period. The aim is to guarantee public benefit and legal rights of both sellers and buyers.
