工程变更是在建筑施工过程中影响决算和投标差价的重要因素。本文探讨作为建设单位,如何在建设周期中控制和核算变更带来的成本变动,同时又要保证施工进度和质量尽量避免受到影响,如何与设计、施工、监理单位协调并合理控制签证的策略。

Project change is a key factor to make great influence on the cost in the construction. In this paper,we are trying to find the solution of controlling cost changes with it from the owner＇ s view. Guaranteeing the construction schedule and quality of project, how to connect with designer,constructor, supervisor to control changes is the aim of this paper
