本文根据有线电视的传输原理，根据邮电部用户接入网中综合传输电信业务和有线电视业务的规定。

This paper, based on the transmission principles of CATV and the stipulations issued by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications to regulate the services of synthetic transmission telecommunication and CATV in the subscribers access networks, deals with a new process of realizing CATV transmission by means of the optical fibre communication networks now in use.
