个人评价在大学生生活事件与抑郁情绪中的中介作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨个人评价在应激事件与大学生抑郁情绪之间的中介作用。方法 采用青少年生活事件问卷(ASLEC)、个人评价问卷(PEI)及抑郁问卷(CES—D)对526名大学生进行测查。结果(1)大学生抑郁情绪检出率为12.36%。(2)抑郁情绪与应激性生活事件呈显著正相关(r=0.34,P〈0.01),与个人评价呈显著负相关(r=-0.47,P〈0.01)。(3)生活事件和个人评价是抑郁的有效预测因素,总预测率为26.2%;在多元逐步回归中,当个人评价进入回归方程后,应激事件对抑郁的预测率由11.2%降至4%,Beta值由0.34降至0.21。结论 个人评价在生活事件与大学生抑郁情绪关系中发挥着重要的中介作用。 Objective To probe into the intermediate action of personal evaluation between stress events and depression of college students. Methods 526 college students were assessed with Adolescent Life Event Questionnaire(ALEQ) , Personal Evaluation Inventory (PEI)and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D). Results (1) 12.36 percent of the subjects exhibited definite depression. (2) There was positive correlation between depression and stress event( r= 0.34, P 〈 0.01 ) , while there was negative correlation between depression and personal evaluation( r = -0.47, P 〈0.01 ). (3) The effective predictive factors of depression were stress events and personal evaluation and the total forecast accuracy is 26, 2%. In multi-variable stepwise regression analysis, the prediction ratio of stress event decreased from 11.2% to 4% ,and beta value decreased from 0.34 to 0, 21. Conclusion Personal evaluation plays an important intermediation role between life events and depression of college students.
