药物成瘾机制的脑成像研究 被引量:7

摘要 药物成瘾是一种由于长期滥用成瘾性物质所引起的大脑神经细胞形态结构、生物化学和功能改变的大脑慢性疾病。脑成像技术的发展为研究药物成瘾机制提供了新的理论与方法,不但可以把人类自身作为研究对象;而且可以在整体、环路、细胞和分子各个水平上对脑的内部结构和生理特点进行深入而系统的观察,对全脑的活动过程进行探测分析,有利于发现影响成瘾的特定脑区,还可用于检测不同脑区在成瘾行为中的交互作用。脑成像技术在药物成瘾机制研究中的应用可分为两个层次:一个是深入到分子水平,即检测成瘾过程中脑内神经递质含量的变化、神经递质受体的上调、下调、受体亲和力等;另一个是对神经系统的宏观活动和整体结构的研究,通过测量大脑的血流量或新陈代谢等情况来反映大脑状态。
