摘要 目的探讨先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿出生月份的分布规律。方法对2003年1月-2006年12月在本院接受检查或治疗的5070例CHD患儿的出生月份分布情况进行统计分析,同时以本院产科2001-2006年出生的6627例健康新生儿的出生月份分布情况作为背景对照,分析CHD患儿的出生月份分布规律。数据采用SPSS12.0软件包进行χ2检验。结果本组5070例CHD患儿中,出生人数分别为1月份444例(8.8%),2月份432例(8.5%),3月份384例(7.6%),4月份339例(6.7%),5月份390例(7.7%),6月份393例(7.8%),7月份414例(8.2%),8月份489例(9.6%),9月份498例(9.8%),10月份492例(9.7%),11月份396例(7.8%),12月份399例(7.8%)。将CHD患儿出生月份分布情况与6627例新生儿的出生月份分布情况进行对比分析,CHD患儿在8~10月份出生者较高,共1479例(29.1%),2~4月份出生者最低,为1155例(22.8%),二者比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。6627例新生儿在全年各月份的出生人数基本在同一水平,CHD患儿与健康对照组出生月份比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论在8~10月出生者可能与发生CHD存在一定关联性。 Objective To investigate whether the monthly distribution of birth was associated with congenital heart disease (CHD). Methods The monthly distribution of birth of 5 070 patients with CHD who accepted examination or treatment from Jan, 2003 to Dec. 2006 was investigated and compared with that of 6 627 healthy newborn children born in 2001 - 2006. The statistic analysis was accomplished with SPSS 12.0 software for Х^2 test. Results Four hundred and forty - four of the 5 070 patients with CHD were born in January ( 8.8% ) ,432 cases in February(8.5%),384 cases in March (7.6%),339 cases in April (6.7%),390 cases in May (7.7%),393 cases in June (7.8%) ,414 cases in July (8.2%) ,489 cases in August (9.6%) ,498 cases in September (9.8%) ,492 cases in October (9.7%) ,396 cases in November (7.8%) ,and 399 cases in December (7.8%). The structural ratio of the number of CHD patients were the highest for those who were born in August,September,October,and the lowest among those who were born of February and March,April. The number of CHD patients who were born in the autumnal months of August,September and October was 1 479(29.1% ) ,much higher than those who were born in February, March and April ( 1 155 cases,22.8 % ) (P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference in the structural ratioes of the number of healthy newborn children who were born in different months. However,the monthly distribution of birth of the patients were statistically significantly difference between the patients with CHD and the healthy newborn children( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Month of birth is associated with CHD. Those born in August,September and October are more susceptible to CHD.
