摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定右旋布洛芬分散片中右旋布洛芬及其有关物质的含量。方法色谱柱ODS—C18柱(250mm×4、6mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.02mol·L^-1。磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH值:3.50)(63:37)为流动相;检测波长为263nm。结果回归方程A=1728.90C-971.03,线性范围为4×10^-3~100×10~g·L^-1。(r=1),含量测定的平均回收率为99、69%,RSD为0.92%(n=9)。结论该方法重现性好,准确度高,适于右旋布洛芬分散片的质量控制。
Objective HPLC method was used to determine dexibuprofen and its related substances in dexibuprofen dispersible tablets. Methods ODS-C18 column was applied(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) ;aeetonitrile :0. 02 mol ·L^-1 potassium phosphate mono basie(pH = 3, 50) (63 : 37 ) was used as mobile phase; and detector wavelength was 263 nm. Results Calibration curve was linear over the range of 4 × 10.3 - 100 ×10.3 g · L^-1 ( r = 1 ) ; the mean recovery rate of contents was 99.69% with RSD as 0.92% (n = 9). Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and rapid. It is suitable for quality control of dexibuprofen dispersible tablets.
