摘要
在新一代地震勘探仪器的数据采集单元 (ATU)中 ,由于其模数转换使用了Δ -Σ技术及实时数字信号处理 (DSP)等技术 ,使采集站达到了 2 4位 A / D转换 ,这就要求其具有高精度信号源 ,以达到测试其技术指标的要求。文章讨论的是一种高分辨率、高保真线性器件的模数转换功能及用它为采集站设计的一种高精度 。
Sigma delta modulation and digital signal process techniques used by the ATU(array terminal unit) in modern seismic prospecting instrument,the analog to digital converter of the ATU has reached 24 bit A/D conversion.It is necessary that ATU has a high precision signal source for its technical performances measurement.In this paper a high resolution,linear,Analog to Digital or Digital to Analog Converter and a high precision signal source circuit designed for ATU are presented.
