摘要
选用来自松材线虫Bursaphelenchus xylophilus(Steiner & Buhrer)Nicle病疫区的6株病树和1块沙发板条作为试验材料,进行了培养温度和时间对疫木直接保湿培养松材线虫分散型3龄幼虫发育成熟影响的研究。结果表明,30℃恒温条件下培养72 h,幼虫的成虫率25%,高于25℃的成虫率。30℃培养72 h,25℃培养96 h以上时进行松材线虫快速检验,结果受疫木中线虫的分布和含量影响较小。
The influence of temperature and duration on the development of the dispersal third stage larvae fostered directly from the moistened diseased wood was studied with 6 diseased trees and a piece of sofa wood from epidemic area in lab. The results showed the rate of larvae developing into adults in 72 h at 30 ℃ was 25 % , higher than that at 25 ℃. Pine wood nematode were inspected after 72 h at 30 ℃ and 96 h at 25℃, effect of inspection was influenced a little by the distribution and number of Bursaphelenc'hus crylophilus in diseased wood.
