失地农民城市适应的困境与解决路径

The Plight and Its Way Out in Landless-farmers'City Adaption

本文基于南京市的实地调查后认为,当前,失地农民的城市适应存在一定的问题,主要表现在城市就业、社会交往、社会心理以及身份认同等方面;需要从主体层面、政府层面、社区层面和社会层面采取相应措施,使其突破城市适应的困境,增强其城市适应的能力。

Based on the survey accomplished in Nanjing city, the paper holds that at present there are some problems of the landless peasants＇ city adapting in their job hunting, social contact, social mentality and identity. Some measures should be taken appropriately from the point of view of the subject, the government, the community and the society, so as to break though their plights and raise their abilities of adapting the cities.
