摘要 我国高师院校是教师教育的直接载体,教师教育职能的转变,促使其必然进行转型。但我国高师院校转型存在诸多问题:条件不充分,强行转型;转型目的不明,定位不准;缺乏科学规划,宏观调控不力等。这些问题的存在,必然会淡化或削弱教师教育特色,从而导致高师院校失去核心竞争力。为此,转型期高师院校要把握培养高水平的师资这个方向,坚持循序渐进、因地制宜、特色发展三原则。在实践中,高师院校要实现理念、体制及培养模式等转变,并及时制定教师教育转型的有关制度,确保高师院校顺利转型。 A normal university is the direct carrier of teacher education in China. The role of the university should be changed because of the transformation of its function. During the transformation there are such problems that will weaken the characteristics of teacher education and blunt its competitive edge as insufficient conditions, ambiguous objectives, inaccurate positioning and shortages of reasonable plan and macro - control. Three principles, there-fore, should be followed in addition to adhering to the orientation of training highly qualified teachers: Stick to the principles of proceeding step by step, of suiting measures to local conditions, and of fostering the characteristics.To ensure the success of the transformation in normal universities, out - of - dated concepts, systems, and training modes of teacher education should be transformed, and accordingly policies should be made in time.
