摘要
用简明的方法讨论了Lyot去偏器原理,用类矩形保偏光纤制作了多只去偏器,用两种方法测量了去偏器的参数,并将去偏器用于光纤陀螺。
This paper deals with a miniaturized ultrasonic motor model with linear bipolar Π type piezoelectric actuators.The drive principle of the ultrasonic motor is analyzed.The theoretical model is verified by computer simulation.Finally,the authors point out the trend of the linear ultrasonic motor and its main problems to be resolved at present.The ultrasonic motor made using the drive principle has outstanding features as follows:small size,simple construction,light weight,easy changing direction,high response and easy control,etc.
