老年急性脑梗死患者血浆组织因子途径变化的研究

Study on the changes of plasma tissue factor pathway in acute cerebral infarction patients

目的观察老年急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆中组织因子(TF)途径的变化。方法59例老年ACI患者作为ACI组,以30名健康志愿者作为对照组。血浆中的TF和组织因子途径抑制物(TFPI)的活性测定采用发色底物法,TF和TFPI抗原检测采用ELISA法。激活的凝血因子Ⅶ活性检测采用重组可溶TF法。凝血因子Ⅶ促凝活性采用活性测定法。结果与对照组相比,ACI组患者血浆中TF、TFPI的活性均显著增加(P<0.01),同时TF、TFPI的抗原、凝血因子Ⅶa的活性亦有明显升高,但凝血因子Ⅶ促凝活性无显著变化。结论老年ACI患者血浆组织因子途径被启动,血液呈高凝状态,可能为ACI的发病病理基础。

Objective To observe the changes of plasma tissue factor pathway （TFP） in patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACl）.Methods Five-nine patients with ACI were taken as ACI group and 30 healthy persons as control group.Plasma TF and TFP inhibitor （TFPI） activities were assayed with the chromogenic substrate method,TF and TFPI antigen were determined with ELISA. Plasma activated coagulating factor was determined by soluble TF assay,FⅦ activity was measured with clotting assay. Results Plasma TF and TFPI activities were significantly higher in patients with ACI than in controls （P〈0.01）. Similarly, TF antigen,TFPl antigen and FⅦ were also significantly higher, Whereas FⅦ activity was not significantly different from that in the controls. Conclusion in patients of ACI,TFP is initiated and the blood is in hypercoagulable state,which could be the pathological basis of ACI.
