准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗远视的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)治疗远视临床效果。方法32例(46眼)因远视屈光不正而接受了LASIK手术。结果术后6月视力0.12~1.2,平均0.64±0.32。与术前视力0.31±0.17比较具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。与术前矫正视力0.57±0.29比较无显著性差异(P=0.52>0.05)。患者自我满意。术后视力较术前提高43眼(占93.48%),不变3眼;术后视力较术前矫正视力提高26眼(56.52%),不变15眼(32.61%),下降5眼(10.87%)。未发现术中术后相关并发症。结论LASIK治疗远视效果肯定,术后视力改善明显。 Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) for hyperopia.nethod The 46 eyes of 32 patients received LASIK for hyperopia.Results Later 6 months after the operation,the uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) were 0.12-1.2, avreage 0.64+0.32.The difference between UCVA 6 months after the operation and preoperative UCVA was significant (t=5.688,P〈0.001). The difference between UCVA 6 months after the operation and preoperative corrected visual acuity (CVA) was not significant(t=0.651,P=0.52〉0.05). Later 6 ntonths after the operation,the uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) was improved to different extent in 93.48% of eyes (43/46). Complication was not found during and after the operation.Conclusion LASIK is an effective procedure for hyperopia. The visual acuity after the operation can be improved considerably.
