高迁移率族蛋白B_1及其与炎症反应相关性的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 高迁移率族蛋白（High mobility group protein，HMG）因其在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳中的高迁移能力而得名．是一大类富含电荷的低分子非组蛋白染色体核蛋白，HMGB1是其成员之一，山A区和B区及C端尾部3个结构域构成。B区的1-20号氨基酸是诱导TNF、IL-1、IL-6等细胞因子产生的部位。HMGB1因参与了DNA复制、转录和修饰，
