Combustion Synthesis of Fine AlN Ceramic Powder and Its Development

概述了自蔓延燃烧法(Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis,简称SHS)制备氮化铝(AlN)粉体的原理及方法。重点综述了纳米AlN陶瓷粉体的最新制备工艺研究进展,并对SHS法制备AlN粉体的发展进行了展望。

The mechanism and synthesis metholds of AlN powders by self- propagating high - temperature （SHS） was summarized in this paper. The recent development on the progress of preparation nanometer AlN ceramic powders was discussed in great detail in this paper. Finally this paper presents the future development of preparation method of AlN powder by SHS method.
