摘要
研制了一种新型γ射线防护用乳胶制品填充料,此填充料由PbWO4和WO3复合制成,其组成(质量分数)为:WO3(40%~60%)+PbWO4(60%~40%)。填充料制备方法:在分散剂、助剂存在下,由Na2WO4溶液与Pb(Ac)2溶液在快速搅拌下沉淀反应得到PbWO4沉淀,然后将此PbWO4沉淀加入到磨细的WO3浆体中,继续研磨1~2h即成。该填充料与硫化橡胶乳液形成的分散系稳定性很好;制成的乳胶产品(手套)对59.5keV的γ射线的屏蔽率可达15%~18%,抗拉强度达7.8~9.1MPa,扯断伸长率达700%~1000%;对产品中的Pb作迁移性检测,结果显示迁移率很低,符合国家环保和安全卫生要求。
A novel filling material made of foam rubber product for γ-ray shielding was prepared, which is composed of PbWO4 and WO3 with mass fractions of WO3 to PbWO4 = 40 -60:60 -40. The method of preparation was as follows. The PbWQ-WO3 was obtained by milling fined WO3 and PbWO4 deposition together for 1 - 2 h. The PbWO4 deposition was gotten through the depositing reaction of Na2WO4 solution to Pb (Ac)2 solution at quick agitation with dispersant and aid agent. The stability of the dispersion system composed of stuff and vulcanized rubber latex was very good. The shielding ratio to 59.5 keV γ-ray of the latex products made from the new fillers was up to 15% - 18% , and tensile strength was up to 7.8 - 9.1 MPa and tearing stretch-rate was up to 700% - 1000%. The results show low migration rate of Pb, meeting relevant national requirements.
