中西医结合治疗老年人顽固性2型糖尿病血瘀症

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of the Elderly with Type 2 Diabetes Complicating Blood Stasis

目的:观察中西医结合疗法对老年人顽固性2型糖尿病血瘀症的疗效。方法:将229例老年人顽固性2型糖尿病血瘀症患者随机分为两组,对照组以黄酰脲类、胍类及/或胰岛素等常规剂量治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用自拟养阴益气、活血化瘀汤治疗。观察治疗后临床症状、空腹和餐后2小时血糖、血脂及血黏度变化。结果:治疗后上述指标好转情况,治疗组均明显优于对照组,P<0.01。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗老年人顽固性2型糖尿病血瘀症患者临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective ：To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the elderly with type 2 diabetes complicating blood stasis. Methods：229 cases of the elderly with type 2 diabetes complicating blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups . The control group was treated with double-therapy or trlple-therapy of western medicine. The test group was treated with Yangyinyiqihuoxuehuayu decoction. Results： After treatment, the clinical manifestations, FBG, PBG（2 h） , Blood viscosity, blood-fat were better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant effect in treating the elderly with type 2 diabetes complicating blood stasis.
