摘要 概述了毫米波相控阵雷达的特点,介绍了电扫原理和主要毫米波电扫技术,以及相位控制扫描和多种移相器技术。针对毫米波相控阵雷达的特点,叙述了其主要应用领域,结合雷达和半导体技术对毫米波相控阵雷达的发展进行了展望。 The characteristics of Millimeter - Wave (MMW) Phased - Array Radar (PAR) are described, the principle of electronically scanned array(ESA) and primary electronically scanned techniques for MMW array are presented, as well as phase - controlled scan and phase shifter techniques. Main application fields of MMW PAR are illuminated and its progress is anticipated on the basis of radar and Semiconductor techniques.
