摘要
在总结现有业主方工程项目管理方式的基础上,将工程交易费用分为构建业主方项目管理机构的费用和工程交易中发生的费用两部分,以经典的监理和PM两种方式为例,将业主方项目管理能力和经验设为变量,分析比较了这两种方式的经济性。分析结果表明,当业主方项目管理能力较弱和经验欠缺时,宜采用PM方式,反之采用监理方式较合理。
Based on the present approaches of owner's project management, this paper points out that project transaction cost can be divided into two parts the cost of owner's management institution and the fee produced by the transaction. By setting owner's management ability and experience as variables, the authors have searched and compared economic advantages of two classic project management patterns the PM pattern and the Engineer pattern. The conclusion shows that owners should choose PM pattern when they are lack of management ability and experience; otherwise, engineer pattern is economical.
