摘要
从成长期中小企业在核心人才激励中存在的问题入手,通过分析成长期中小企业的特征和核心人才的特点以及他们之间的相互影响和作用,寻求和探索解决成长期中小企业核心人才激励问题的有效方法。
From the problems in incentive systems for core talents in developing medium and small - sized enterprises, this paper attempts to analyze features of these enterprises and core talents' characteristics, as well as the influence and function between them, in order to find out an effective way to solve the problems.
