摘要
目的:观察道遥散对IBS模型大鼠内脏高敏感性的影响及其作用机制。方法:实验动物随机分为6组:正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、逍遥散高、中、低剂量组.采用慢性束缚+夹尾刺激作为心理应激原诱导IBS大鼠模型,观察逍遥散对IBS大鼠内脏高敏感性及血清皮质醇水平的影响。结果:与正常组比较,IBS模型大鼠肠运动功能增强(P〈0.01),内脏敏感性明显增高(P〈0.01),血清皮质醇含量明显增高(P〈0.01)。而逍遥散能增高大鼠腹部收缩反射最小容量周值(P〈0.05),降低皮质醇含量(P〈0.05~0.01),且有一定的量效关系。结论:迫遥散可降低IBS大鼠内脏高敏感性.其机制可能在于通过下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质系统轴(HPA 轴)调节皮质醇的分泌与释放。
Objective. to observe the effect and the mechanism of Xiaoyao powder on the visceral hypersensitivity of irritable bowel syndome(IBS) rats. Methods. the IBS model rats were induced by chronic bandaged-stress and inserting the end. The rats were randomly divided into six groups: the normal control group, the model control group, the positive control group, the high dosage of Xiaoyao powder group, the middle dosage of Xiaoyao powder group, the low dosage of Xiaoyao powder group,then we determined the regulation of Xiaoyao powder on the visceral hypersensitivity and the contents of corticosterone(Cor) in serum. Results.. compared with the normal control group, the visceral sensitivity and the contents of Cot of IBS model rats has been increased. While Xiaoyao powder could effectively decrease the visceral sensitivity and the levels of Cor in serum ( P 〈0.05-0.01). Conclusion. Xiaoyao powder could regulate the visceral hypersensitivity of IBS rats. The mechanism of Xiaoyao powder may be decreasing the Cor levels in IBS rats.
