摘要 抗独特型抗体因可模拟肿瘤抗原,打破免疫耐受,已应用于卵巢癌、乳腺癌、黑色素瘤、结肠癌、淋巴瘤、胰腺癌等多种肿瘤的综合治疗中,并已取得一定疗效。文章就抗独特型抗体在鼻咽癌免疫治疗中的应用及发展趋势作一综述。
