摘要
机组蜗壳埋入混凝土的方式通常有3种,即垫层埋入法、保压埋入法和直接埋入法。三峡电站机组蜗壳在技术设计阶段研究了保压方案和垫层方案,直埋方案研究是在先期按保压方案设计的基础上进行的。三维线性和非线性有限元模型计算与物理仿真模型试验分析研究,成果表明:直埋方案是合理的,可控制结构应力和基础上抬的变形量,蜗壳外围混凝土有足够的超载能力。
There are 3 embedding patterns into concrete for unit spiral case,i.e,cushion layer embedding pattern,pressure controlled pattern and direct embedding pattern.In technology design stage,the cushion layer embedding and pressure controlled embedding patterns for TGP's unit spiral case were studied,and study for direct embedding scheme was conducted based on designed pressure controlled scheme in pre-stage.The studied results by 3 dimensioned linear and non-linear finite element approaches and simulation model test demonstrate that the direct embedding scheme is reasonable,which can control structural stress and rising deformation volume of the base,and the concrete surrounding spiral case has enough bearing capacity.
