Experimental Investigation on the Desulfurization Characteristics of Venturi Scrubbers

文丘里洗涤器是WX型脱硫装置的核心元件,其脱硫性能直接影响整个脱硫装置的脱硫效率和操作成本。主要实验研究了操作条件对文丘里洗涤器脱硫性能的影响,并综合考虑对压力损失的影响,得到了优化的操作条件,为WX型脱硫装置的结构设计和操作优化提供了理论依据。

As the key component of WX/4U desulfurization equipments,the desulfurization performance of venture scrubber has an important effect on the removal efficiency and operational cost of the whole desulfurization equipments. Therefore, the effects of various operational parameters on the removal efficiency and pressure loss of venture scrubber were investigated experimentally. On this basis, the optimum operational parameters were obtained, which provides theory groundwork for optimization of the design and industrial operation of the whole desulfurization units.
