摘要
对固定管束釜式重沸器的斜锥壳元件建立了简化力学模型,并进行了有限元分析计算,结果表明大端转角过渡区存在较大的弯曲应力。随后对一系列结构尺寸的斜锥壳进行了计算,整理了斜锥壳大小端转角过渡区在各计算参数下基于分析设计的应力强度水平系数。结果表明,无论大端还是小端,应力强度水平系数随大小端直径比的增大及斜锥角的增大而增大。一次加二次应力的应力强度水平系数总是大端转角过渡区较大。而局部薄膜应力的应力强度水平系数当大小端直径之比较小时,小端较大;当大小端直径之比较大时,大端较大。
The slant conical shell of fixed tube-sheet reboiler is simplified for stress analysis with finite element method. It says that considerable bending stress occurs at the knuckle region of the big side. SIF(stress intensity factors) based on the viewpoint of design by analysis are worked out with parametric analysis,and SIF curves are given out. It is found that the big side knuckle region always encounters the big SIF of primary and secondary stress within the calculated parameter, however,it encounters the big SIF of local primary stress only when the diameter ratio of the big and small side cylinder is relatively larger.
