摘要
根据1#PG6531B型燃气轮机减速箱齿轮断齿失效分析实例,对齿面初始点蚀、破坏性点蚀和齿面剥落等3种主要疲劳损坏的特征、发生部位及破损危害程度进行了分析研究,同时通过有限元法简要分析了齿轮接触疲劳的破损机理、影响因素及其产生原因,并对有关的轮齿破坏提出了相应的预防措施。
Analyzing the examples of drive gear tooth-breakage of the gear pair of retard trunk in PG6531B calcine air turbine 1,the characteristics,positions and damage degrees of the initial pit- ting,destructive pitting and surface spalling of the gear surface are analyzed,while,via finite element method-modeling, the failure mechanism, influence factors and occurrence reasons of the contact fatigue of gears are discussed briefly,and the appropriate prevention measures are suggested for the related gear surface failures.
