摘要
对余热锅炉内部元件过热器中间支撑管板的断裂进行了电镜、金相及能谱分析,其结果可为类似工况石化设备的修复或更换工作提供一定的借鉴。
Failure analysis of the middle support tube-plate was made in material quality,operating and stress-analysis with metallurgical analyzing, energy spectrum analyzing and electron microscopic analyzing. All research done may contribute to the repairing or replacing of the tubeplate in subsequent.
