不同土地规模下的农户生产行为分析——基于长江中下游区域的实地调查

Analyses on Farmers' Behaviors of Production in Different Scale of Land Management:Based on the Field Survey in the Middle and Lower Reaches of Yangtze River

以长江中下游区域问卷调查为基础,对不同土地经营规模农户的生产用工行为、投资行为、技术采用行为以及土地流转行为进行实证分析。结果表明:虽然小规模农户经营土地总用工量低于大规模农户,但其家庭非农产业和外出打工用工量远高于大规模农户;单位土地流动资本投入随规模扩张逐渐减少,各规模农户固定资本投入极其有限;大规模农户对现代农业技术的采用远高于小规模农户;农户土地流转率低,中等规模农户"希望流入"土地的意愿十分强烈,但小规模和大规模农户并不希望改变当前土地规模,"希望流出"的农户数量不足成为当前土地集中、发展规模经营面临的一个主要问题。

Based on the questionnaire survey in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, this article takes an empirical analysis on farmers＇ behavior variation of different land management scale： production labor, investment, technology adoption, as well as land transfer. Although total labor quantity of small-scale farmers in land management is lower than large-scale ones＇ , that in non-agricuhural industries＇ operation and work as a temporary laborer is much higher than those. Active capital investment gradually declines with land scale expansion. Farmers＇ fixed capital input of different land scale is extremely limited in their production investment. Large-scale farmers are more willing to adopt modem agricultural technology than small -scale ones. Land transfer rate is low. Medium-scale farmers＇ willingness for inflow of land is very strong. But small and large-scale farmers do not want to change the current size of land. The numbers＇ insufficiency of farmers hoping for outflow becomes a major problem at present, which land is centralized to develop largescale management.
