异氟烷和七氟烷对脑缺血大鼠水通道蛋白4表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察异氟烷和七氟烷对脑缺血后大鼠水通道蛋白4(AQP4)表达的影响。方法72只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、对照组、Ⅰ(异氟烷)组和S(七氟烷)组。线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,再按缺血后24,48,78h分为3亚组,每组6只,观察每组大鼠的脑水肿程度和AQP4的表达。结果与假手术组比较,缺血后48,78h对照组、Ⅰ组和S组大鼠脑肿胀率和AQP4吸光度比值均明显增加(P<0.01或P<0.05);与对照组比较,Ⅰ组、S组缺血后48,72h脑肿胀率和AQP4吸光度比值均明显减少(P<0.05)。结论异氟烷和七氟烷均可降低大鼠脑缺血后AQP4表达和减轻脑水肿。 Objective To observe the effects of isoflurane and sevoflurane on aquaporin (AQP) 4 expression after transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCA0) in Rats. Methods 72 Sprague-Dawley rets were randomly subjected to shame group, control group,isoflurane(Ⅰ) group and Sevoflurane (S) group. Transient ischemia was induced by MCA0 for two hours, then the brain in rats fixed was taken 24h,48h and 72h after MCA0 in the four groups( n = 6) .The percentage of hemispheric enlargement and ratio between optical density (OD) in ischemic hemisphere and OD in contralateral part were observed. Results compared with shame group, the percentage of hemispheric enlargement and the ratio of OD were significantly increased at 48h and 72h after ischemia in control group, group Ⅰ and group S, and they were significantly decreased at 48h and 72h but not 24h after ischemia compared with control group. Conclusion Both isoflurane and sevoflurane attenuated the AQP4 expression and reduced cerebral edema after transient MCA0 in rats.
