腹腔镜手术治疗妇科疾病85例的体会

目的探讨腹腔镜在妇科手术方面的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2006年6月～2007年6月腹腔镜诊治妇科疾病85例的临床资料。结果85例腹腔镜妇科手术均顺利完成，无严重术中及术后并发症。结论妇科腹腔镜手术具有恢复快、住院时间短、创伤小等优点，掌握好适应证，腹腔镜手术能完全有效地应用于大部分妇科疾病。
