摘要
采用正交实验法对微波提取豆渣中水溶性大豆多糖进行研究,试验的优化工艺条件为:微波功率为700W,微波时间为120s,固液比为1∶2,在此条件下的大豆多糖提取率为1.8064%。实验证明,加热4次、过滤4次、合并滤液的微波提取方法,可以达到理想的水溶性大豆多糖的提取效果(提取率10.5447%)。
The optimal condition for extracting SSPS (soluable soybean polysaccharides) with microwave has been studied by the orthogonal experiment. The optimal extracting parameters were that the power and time of microwave and the ratio of raw material to liquid was 700 W, 120 s and 1:2 ,respectively. And the extracting rate was 1.806 4 %. It is confirmed that the optimal conditions were 4 times of heating up with microwave and 4 times of filtration during the process extracting of SSPS. And the extracting rate could be 10.544 7 %.
