摘要
用80%乙醇、60%乙醇、60%丙酮和纯甲醇分别在30℃和60℃下对沙米中的天然抗氧化活性物质进行提取,并采用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法测定了沙米提取物对羟自由基(·OH)的清除作用。结果表明:在30℃和60℃下,不同溶剂的沙米提取物对·OH均有一定的清除作用,30℃条件下达到50%清除率所需浓度依次为:91.07、17.47、59.79、168.94mg/L;60℃条件下达到50%清除率所需浓度依次为:132.8、58.1、89.42、128.5mg/L。结果说明:天然沙米中活性成分的提取采用30℃,60%乙醇提取效果最好。
To extract component part of natural antioxidant from Agriopllyllum squarrosum. Adopt to four solvents that are 80 %ethanol, 60 %ethanol, 60 %acetone and methanol at 30 ℃ and 60 ℃.The method of phenanthrolion-Fe^2+reaction system was used to investigate scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical (·OH). The result showed that all the extracts from Agriopllyllum squarrosum obtained by different solvent had scavenging effects on hydroxyl radical (·OH).In 30, next scavenging 50 % respectively were 91.07 mg/mL, 17.47 mg/mL, 59.79 mg/mL and 168.94 mg/mL; In 65 ℃, 50 % eliminate rate for drug concentrations were 132.83 mg/mL, 58.10 mg/mL, 89.42 mg/mL and 128.46 mg/mL. It was demonstrated that the extracts from Agriopllyllum squarrosum had significantly antioxidation action.
