摘要
以胞外多糖含量为指标对大杯伞产胞外多糖液体培养基组成进行了优化,结果表明,较适宜的碳源是果糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖;较适宜的氮源是NH4NO3、蛋白胨、KNO3。通过正交试验确定了产胞外多糖的最优液体培养基蔗糖2%,KNO30.3%,KH2PO40.2%,MgSO40.1%。
The paper was to find the best medium of Clitocybe maxima to produce more exopolysaccharide. The results showed that the best appropriate carbon source was fructose; or maltose, or sucrose. The best appropriate nitrogen source was NH4NO3, or peptone, or KNO3. The best medium proved by the orthogonal experiment was sucrose2 %, KNO3 0.3 %, KH2PO4 0.2 % and MgSO4 0.1%.
