摘要
主要研究复合溶剂法提取辣椒红素的工艺。最佳工艺条件即:先进行丙酮处理(时间2h,提取比为1∶3,pH值为10.0,温度为40℃),再用乙醇处理(时间1h,提取比1∶2,温度50℃,pH=9.0),从而得到符合国家标准的辣椒红素。
Capsanthin was extracted by composite solvent methods of using alcohol and acetone as solvents. The best process was as follows: capsanthin was first extracted with acetone for 2 h at pill0.0, extract rate 1:3, temperature 40 ℃, then extracted with alcohol at temperature 50 ℃, extract rate 1:2, pH9.0 for 1 h.
