摘要
引入扩展的优势粗集理论,从食品卫生综合等级评价表中提取有效的、新颖的、潜在有用的、最终可被理解的模式应用于食品评级中,探讨了一种科学、规范的评级方法,以便对食品进行合理分类和分级,为提高食品评级的决策水平和管理水平、保障食品安全提供科学依据。
This paper introduce extended dominance rough set theory and extract some effective,original,latent pattern of evaluation from synthetical evaluating table of pickles quality.And it apply all decision to Pickles quality evaluation.At last it probe into a scientific,normative classification method for classify and grade as scientific foundation of enhancing decision-making and management and ensuring food safety.
