摘要
综述了褐藻酸钠的制备工艺及作为固定化载体、增稠剂、稳定剂的应用现状,分析了影响包埋的各主要因素并指出了今后的应用和发展前景。
The production technology of Sodium alginate and the application as immobilization carrier,densifier.stabilizer were summarized. Some important factors in fluencing entrapment and application foreground of the sodium-alginate were analyzed.
