瘤细胞内长间距胶原与原始肌节的鉴别诊断

The Differential Diagnosis between Long-spacing-Collagen and Primary Sarcomeri Structures in Intracytoplasm of Tumors

本文着重讨论了瘤细胞质内长间距胶原与原始肌节的鉴别诊断。我们的研究表明，瘤细胞内长间距胶原与原始肌节十分相似，但在超微结构上又有许多不同之处。（１）含长间距胶原的瘤细胞富含粗面内质网，而线粒体和糖原少；含原始肌节的瘤细胞线粒体和糖原丰富，粗面内质网少。（２）长间距胶原中Ｚ线样结构呈“一”字型、粗细一致，而在原始肌节中则为不规则型，粗细不一，形状各异，排列混乱。（３）构成长间距胶原的细丝为直径约１０ｎｍ的中间细丝，而在原始肌节中常由粗细肌丝构成，横断面可见呈六角形排列的肌丝。

This report mainly discussed a differential diagnosis between longspacing collagen and primary sarcomere structures in intracytoplasm of tumors. Our data show that longcollagen within the tumor cells are close similar to primary sarcomere seen in rhabdomyosarcoma but there are many different appearances in ultrastructures.(1) Tumor cells with longspacing collagen contain numerous rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER),a relative scarcity of mitochondria and glycogen,but tumor cell with primary sarcomeres is abundant in mitochondria and glycogen,and scarce in RER.(2) The structure of Zlines in LSC appears a feature of “一” line and a same degree of thickness,but in primary sarcomeres it is irregular,variable thickness shape and disarranged.(3) Filaments in longspacing collagen are intermediate filaments averaging 10nm in diameter.Primary sarcomere consists of thick and thin myofilaments.There is a regular hexagonal spacing of thin filaments around myosin filaments in transverse section.
