摘要
作为生物传感器的一个重要类型,光纤倏逝波生物传感器有独特的特点和优势。其系统构成包括光学系统、流路系统和电子系统。光纤材料可以是光学玻璃、硅和聚苯乙烯等。固定生物分子的方法有物理吸附、共价结合、通过中间媒介连接等。生物分子结合的方式有直接法、竞争法和夹心法。对光纤倏逝波生物传感器的系统组成、光纤材料、固定生物分子的方法及生物分子结合的方式进行了简要介绍,就其所面临的一些问题和发展趋势进行了探讨。
Evanescent wave fiber optic biosensor as one important type of biosensor has specific characteristic and advantage. The biosensor systems consist of optics, fluidics and electronics, and the fibers are made of optical glasses, silica or polystyrene and so on. Immobilization methods include physical absorption, covalent attachment and attachment through intermediate layer. Affinity-based assays utilize several formats, such as direct, sandwich, and competitive. The biosensor systems, fibers immobilization methods and affinity-based assays were introduced. In addition, critical issues and future direction were discussed in the article.
